My Existing Order

What if I need to modify the contents of my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your credit card information and cannot process changes made after the order is placed.

How do I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 2 hours after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at   ...     if you are able to cancel within the given time frame. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.

How do I place an order?
Please, if your item comes in different sizes or colors, carefully choose your correct size or color choice before clicking "Add to Cart".

You will then be directed to our Cart page where you can review your item(s) and proceed to Enter Shipping Address to process your order.

Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
Yes! You can choose as many item(s) as you want, just click "Add to Cart" and go back to the product page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before proceeding to "Enter Shipping Address" to finalize your order.

Can I ship the products to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely! During the checkout process you are able to enter any shipping address and specify a different billing address.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after placing your order you should receive an email notification at the email you entered during the checkout process. Also if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive notification text messages confirming your order and tracking information.

Do I have to have an account to place an order?
No, accounts are totally optional.


What methods of payment do you accept?

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
Our payment provider automatically & securely processes your order immediately after it is placed.

What currency will I be charged in?
The currency all orders will be processed through is in USD. However we have a currency converter automatically installed that converts the amount into your currency so you know how much you are paying in your currency.

We offer FREE international shipping. Please note, international shipping charges are non-refundable.

When will I get my order?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 10 to 25 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
